Meeks & Associates is a nonprofit volunteer group which works towards building welcoming and inclusive environments and diversity appreciation in communities for Iowans.

The mission of this entity and focus of this website is to help Iowans both adult and youth to embrance diversity, develop leadership skills, enhance their ability to connect and network, and gain valuable tools in community building.

*The Empowerment Board Project(s) (2018-2022)

Reduces underutilization in employment for African-Americans within the (7) largest Iowa communities. "We support all their local efforts as they work to make a positive difference in their communities". This project's duration ran 2018-2021. Please see the Impacts ICON for results.
